Washington State Wineries Offer Robust, Flavorful Products

ashington State has been bestowed with approximately the same latitude (46 degrees north) as some of the glorious and renowned wine regions of France, namely Bordeaux and Burgundy. Yet the wineries of America's great northwest offer unique, full flavors and robust characteristics, and we are thrilled to offer products from the wineries described here.

14 Hands Winery
Crafted from premium grapes in the heart of Washington, 14 Hands is a special find. Named after the wild horses that once made their home on the land upon which 14 Hands grapes are grown, the wine retains the individual spirit of its namesake.

Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery
Chateau Ste. Michelle is one of the few premium wineries in the world with two state-of-the-art wineries, one devoted to whites and another to reds. This dedicated approach to winemaking allows winemaker, Bob Bertheau, to build programs to the unique specifications of red and white wines. While all of Chateau Ste. Michelle’s vineyards are located on the east side of the Cascade Mountains where the climate is dry and sunny, Bertheau makes the award winning white wines in Woodinville, near Seattle. The red wines are made at our Canoe Ridge Estate winery in Eastern Washington.

Col Solare Winery
Col Solare is a partnership between two wine producers who are dominant forces in the respective regions. When Marchese Piero Antinori journeyed to Washington’s Columbia Valley in 1992, he dis- covered an emerging wine region supported by the ardent leadership of Ted Baseler at Chateau Ste. Michelle. The two companies united with a shared goal of producing Washington’s best Cabernet Sauvignon-based wine.

Columbia Crest Winery
At Columbia Crest we pride ourselves on delivering handcrafted, superior-quality small-lot wines, as well as affordable everyday Washington wines. Our first release in 1984 started a tradition that has established us as one of America’s most popular and fast- growing wineries.

Columbia Winery
Columbia Winery’s Core Series of popular varietals has achieved distinction for their outstanding quality and superior value. Made from grapes sourced from the finest vineyards in Washington’s Columbia Valley, these wines showcase the quality of Washington State as a premier wine grape-growing region.

Domaine Ste. Michelle Winery
Domaine Ste. Michelle is the perfect libation for any occasion. Each bottle is handcrafted in traditional méthode champeniose style, blending superb grapes and masterful artistry to create a Washington wine of unmistakable quality. Like is good. Celebrate in style.

Northstar Winery
Northstar Winery, located in Walla Walla, Washington, is dedicated to the production of ultra-premium Merlot that will be considered among the world’s best, showcasing the Columbia Valley’s star grape variety.

Red Diamond Winery
It was so simple, we thought it was brilliant. Red to honor Washington State’s most prized grapes. Diamond for the way the fruit shines through. At Red Diamond, we celebrate Washington’s distinctive reds, full of flavor and character. Our winemaker Juan Munoz-Oca crafts the grapes into polished layers of delicious fruit-driven flavors in an easy- drinking style, making them perfect for discovering what Washington wine is all about. The vineyard is a magical place. You can almost feel the vines reaching deep into the ground to nourish the fruit.

Snoqualmie Vineyards
One of Washington’s first premium wineries, Snoqualmie has been producing award-winning wines from Columbia Valley vineyards for nearly two decades.
