e are pleased to bring you our third trimester product catalog. In addition to finding this easier to navigate than our price lists, we also hope that it will provide you with a resource of information about our products, wineries and services. By separating all brands by region, we have tried to make it easier for you to locate certain wines or wineries, or wines from a specific region. Please keep this book as a reference tool, as our new publication is slated for release in July 2011. Going forward, we will only be publishing twice per year.
Office Hours and Contacts
Normal office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
To promote healthy customer/sales representative relations, when placing orders, always contact your sales representative. Any comments or concerns should be directed to them when possible. If you need information on how to contact your salesperson, please call our office. If an emergency after-hours order is needed, please call and leave your message on extension 305.

Terms of Payment
In accordance with Michigan Liquor Control Commission regulations, all alcoholic beverages must be sold on a strictly cash basis. For our mutual protection, we must receive your payment immediately upon delivery of your order. All checks will be processed electronically the next business day. Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $30.00. We reserve the right to refuse service until insufficient funds are made good in their entirety. (MCL 436.1059)
Pricing and Vintages
We reserve the right to modify frontline pricing, post off pricing and vintages at any time. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. Please note that only frontline pricing is listed. We have decided to omit post off pricing from this publication, as suppliers send updates so frequently, sometimes with little notice. Please ask your sales representative for a monthly post off schedule. |
